To reset your mobile banking password You’ll need;

  • Your 6 didgit recovery pin
  • Your mobile phone thats being used for 2FA

 

To reset your password, head to the portal (dccpshowcase.powerappsportals.com). Click on the login button followed by 'Reset your password'.
